The promise
We don't store your prompts and responses and never write them to disk. What doesn't exist can't be leaked.
Your inputs will never improve the model. What you send to PrivatAI stays entirely outside any training pipeline.
Your inputs and outputs stay in the EU — the app runs in Germany (Hetzner), AI processing in France (Scaleway). Core processing is subject to EU law only. Data protection by design (Art. 25 GDPR), not by policy.
Zero retention is how the service is built and what the contract owes. One narrow exception, disclosed in full: where malicious activity or a disruption to service quality is detected, the inference data centre may temporarily retain the content of individual requests for root-cause analysis — never for training, never accessible to third parties. Featured integration
OpenClaw is an open-source AI agent framework. By default, it routes your data to whichever model provider you configure — often US-based servers. Plug in PrivatAI instead and every prompt your agent sends to the model stays within EU infrastructure.

Any AI provider can be plugged in. PrivatAI replaces the default model provider — your prompts go to a private EU model instead of US servers.

Pricing
Essential and Professional prices include VAT; Enterprise plus VAT. Businesses with a valid VAT-ID from other EU countries are reverse-charged at checkout.

Essential and Professional are processed within the EU (application in Germany, AI processing in France) and include the Art. 28 GDPR DPA with its professional-secrecy clause. AI inference in Germany, the § 203 commitment across the entire sub-processor chain, and assurances regarding seizure situations (§ 97 StPO) are part of the Enterprise setup only and are agreed separately.
